Breema Bodywork Class

Breema presents a dynamic approach to touch and movement that opens up new possibilities for relating to others and to the world around us more harmoniously and essentially. In this workshop, we will learn and practice simple Breema treatments and exercises that cut through habitual tension in body, mind, and feelings, freeing our energy for a more openhearted and balanced posture towards life. Practicing Breema offers us a tangible way to support others while practicing self-care.

Please be comfortable sitting and moving on a padded floor. Wear loose-fitting clothing, and be fragrance-free.
Beginners are welcome.
