Your chance to make permanent changes in your life.
But honestly, Breathwork is beyond what, when, where and why. It’s just “wow.” You truly have to experience it to believe it.
Simply put, Breathwork saves lives. I once was suffering so much that I sought out any and every form of therapy until just one Breathwork session positively impacted my life. And it can improve your life, too. All you have to do is show up and do the work — the Breathwork.
Breathwork is indescribable because you will never have the same session twice. It is unique because you are unique. But you may experience:
It’s like a lifetime of soul-searching in only one hour! Great for couples, a group of friends or just solo.
CLASS FORMAT: After Liz explains a unique method of deep breathing, she will then guide the class on a life-changing, inner journey that ends in a sound bath! Liz’s heartfelt coaching, energetic playlist, and skilled use of sound healing will keep the class focused but carefree. You will leave the class feeling “cracked open”, but in the best way possible — with an open heart and an open mind. Genuinely refreshed.
THE METHOD: Breathwork is an active breathing technique — the “work” part of Breath-work. But after you put in the light work, you will fully enjoy the fruits of your labor, feeling mentally, physically and emotionally balanced. Breathwork is also an art — the art of letting go of everything that no longer serves you and bringing in anything that will bring you more joy. Liz’s warm presence will be there to help you change your story.
PLEASE BRING: Dress comfortably (no tight jeans or belts) and in layers — you may get warm or cold during Breathwork. It is recommended to not eat an hour before class.

ABOUT LIZ: A warm heart, clear mind and wise soul, Liz will guide you to let go of all your fear and suffering. With his compassion as your compass, you will be lead to fall in love with yourself and your life all over again. After a career as a teacher, Liz went on to get certified in Breathwork with David Elliott, the well known breathwork teacher. She also traveled to complete many breathwork , meditation, and sound healing workshops and trainings because she was fascinated with her own personal results and having these incredible experiences that were completely transforming her from the inside out.
She believes that Breathwork is the fastest way to access your own healing: I always tell people in my classes what would you do with your life if you had no critic in your head telling you couldn’t do something or become something. We all suffer from “I’m not enough.” In some way or some area we all feel inadequate. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some of the wealthy and successful people on this planet and they suffer from this more than you can believe. That’s often why most of them are so driven to be successful.
The Breathwork I teach clears out this lie that we are not enough. Then you can get to work on what it is you want to accomplish or just go about your day feeling good about yourself and your life. Walking around not having anxiety, depression, anger, low-self-esteem and a million other shitty unwanted feeling will undoubtedly change you and your life
My life’s purpose is to share the powerful life changing results that Breathwork brings to as many people as humanly possible. Why? Because it has done so much for me personally and at the end of my life I will have no doubt that my time on this planet has had meaning and purpose by helping other people heal from of all of their stuff (Trauma, Self-Judgment, and Negativity)
