Please bring something to lay down on such as a yoga mat, blow up camping mattress, blanket, pillow, etc. It's important to be comfy. If you don't have anything we only have limited extras and will provide you with one on a first come first serve basis. Also eat lightly a few hours before and wear comfy clothing.

Colter has led meditation and breathwork groups since 2009 & loves to create sacred spaces for personal transformation and growth. These meditative breathwork experiences can be a quite powerful experience in such a short amount of time and he wants to share them with as many as possible. Colter creates an environment that makes you feel connected to yourself, to other participants, and to the pulse of life inside us all.
