Natural Latch Lactation

This is a class for Alma Clients but is also open to the community. You will learn about the physiology of nursing, including how to establish a good milk supply, a comfortable latch and how to assess any challenges that occur. You will also learn about the postpartum period and tips for your family on what kind of support and help you may need durning this time. Partners are especially encouraged to join this class. Taught by Meg Stalnaker, Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
