· I will take you through a process called timeline therapy to release

Anger

· A guided meditation to release additional negative emotions

· We will also touch on Ho'oponopono the Hawaiian forgiveness prayer for healing

And you will be given a workbook to journal about your experiences

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Heather has been on a quest to fulfill her soul purpose of healing her past so she may love herself unconditionally and teaching others how to do the same.

In 2015, she became a Reiki Master to be a conduit of healing for herself and others.

She always had an interested in hypnosis and self-development. In 2016, she stepped forward into her passion and found a program that helped her release negative emotions that were keeping her stuck in the past. In 2017, she became a certified practitioner in this wonderful program that includes Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP), TIME Techniques (timeline therapy), Hypnosis, EFT (Tapping) & Coaching. In 2018, she found Discover Your Spiritual Gifts and became a certified Akashic Record Reader, in 2019 she became certified in Reiki with the Violet Flame.

Make sure that you arrive early for class. You will enter the Space on the second floor at the double doors on the outdoor entrance. Come up the outside stairs on the southside of the Little Creek office building. We are located in Suite 275.
