There’s an energy that fuels Brazil impossible to put into words. So it overflows in music, color and spice. People try to describe it, but the only way is to experience it. Since 2011, Brasil Summerfest has offered a taste of that energy, becoming the largest and most important international Brazilian music & arts festival in the world outside of Brazil.
This summer you can expect some of the most exhilarating experiences in our nine year history. The two week long festival will feature special music concerts, dance parties, film premiers, food vendors, art shows, invigorating talks and the kind of fun you can only find in Brazil.
Festival Pass will give you the opportunity to experience multiple events for the fraction of the cost available in limited quantities for our most loyal fans. Prices go up as Tiers sell out -- grab them while they last.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Festival Pass (“Pass”) is issued by Brasil Summerfest Inc. and is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). The terms “you” and “your” mean the person to whom the Pass was issued. Your purchase or use of the Pass constitutes acceptance of and agreement with these Terms, as well as the terms and conditions of individual venues. Brasil Summerfest has the right to revoke the Pass at any time for misconduct or violation of these Terms. 
The Pass entitles you to access all Brasil Summerfest events, subject to change at any time. The Pass is valid for general or VIP admission during the Brasil Summerfest 2019 taking place July 21 - Aug 3, depending on the type of Pass you purchase and subject to availability. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a Pass or VIP Pass. A Pass is not required for the free programming.
The Pass is personal to you and it is non-transferable. The pass is personalized with your name and you must present a valid ID for entry. You may only purchase two (2) passes at a time. You must provide the full names of the persons for which the Passes are for.
Confirming attendance is mandatory. Failing to RSVP may result in denied entrance on-site. You must RSVP at least 7 days prior to the start of the festival no later than July 14, 2019 for each individual event you wish to attend. To ensure a better experience for everyone, please only RSVP for events you plan to attend. If you RSVP after July 14, 2019, you will be automatically added to the Waiting List. We will do our best to guarantee entry for all Pass holders with RSVPs but be aware that in rare cases entry may not be possible if venue reaches capacity. The RSVP form will be sent to you after purchase and once entire festival lineup is announced.
The Pass does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Terms, and all additional expenses, including without limitation travel, accommodation, food & average expense and parking fees, if any, will be your sole responsibility.
You may not sell, give or otherwise transfer the Pass to any other person. You may not permit any other person to use your Pass or any tickets issued with the Pass. You may not permit any other person to, or register your Pass in any other person’s name. Brasil Summerfest will void any Pass and any tickets or wristbands obtained with the Pass, that are transferred to another person, used by another person or registered in another person’s name, and you will not receive a refund. The Pass, and any tickets and wristbands obtained with the Pass, are not refundable for any reason or exchangeable for any other ticket or product. Any use of the Pass or tickets or wristbands for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is prohibited. Brasil Summerfest is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use. 


BRASIL SUMMERFEST, ITS PARENTS AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PASS OR ANY RELATED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. YOU RELEASE BRASIL SUMMERFEST, ITS PARENTS AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE PASS OR ANY RELATED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
