Class Description
This class provides a framework for a balanced approach to conversations and decisions about safe, ethical, and effective boundaries. Participants examine strategies for assessing and managing their own boundaries with supervisees, as well as modeling and coaching supervisees on maintaining appropriate and effective boundaries with others. Topics include self-disclosure, setting and maintaining clear expectations, developing and maintaining positive rapport, as well as how to approach difficult decisions about boundaries and ethics.
