Are there locations to pick up physical tickets in my local area?

Yes, tickets are also available at participating location box offices (while stock lasts).

Does a ticket guarantee entrance into the concert?

You MUST show ticket upon entry. The concert is first come, first seated. Due to fire and safety regulations, once we reach maximum capacity for the venue, we're unable to allow additional entrants (even if you have a ticket).

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to attend the concert?

A photo ID is not required. There is no age limit to enter the concert, however, if your child is large enough to require his/her own seat, a ticket is required.

What time do the doors open?

Doors open one hour before the concert time. We encourage you to arrive early. First come, first seated. Due to fire and safety regulations, once we reach maximum capacity for the venue, we're unable to allow additional entrants (even if you have a ticket).

Where and when do I receive my VIP Meet & Greet access pass?

You MUST show VIP ticket upon entry. Tour Staff will provide you with your VIP Meet & Greet access pass at the security checkpoint. All VIP members will have an email sent with instructions on protocol for Meet & Greet.
