A Border Experience: Life at the Margins

To provide understanding of the true Border situation to the national CTA members and fellow travelers, and to add to the national base of activism on the critical issues that exist on the margins of the immigrant community. This will be three days of immersion and activism, not just listening.

Hotel

The Wyndham Garden in McAllen will be hosting this event. Rooms have been set aside at a meeting rate of $75 per night. This includes daily breakfast and free transportation to and from the McAllen airport. Reservations must be made directly with The Wyndham Garden by phone (956-994-0505) to insure the meeting rate (please indicate CTA when calling). Neither CTA nor the RGV Chapter will be making reservations.
