A great way to start your days off is with our Body Blast Boot Camp! 

Enjoy an amazing workout with amazing people from your local community!

Things to bring:

  1. Workout Mat
  2. Water Source
  3. Workout Gloves (optional)
  4. Towel (optional)

What to expect:

  1. 5 -  10 minute warm up
  2. 30 - 40 minutes of training
  3. 5 - 10 minutes of coll downs and stretches

Bring a friend, family member, workout buddy, gym partner, and lets get fit TOGETHER!
