This class will take a morning to explore three different book structures – accordion books, blizzard books, and a small travel journal.  If there is extra time, we can explore variations on those themes.
All materials will be provided by the instructor.
*** Please note *** A materials fee of $15 is due to the instructor at the time of the class.
Students are asked to bring with them a bone folder, scissors, self-healing cutting mat, an Exacto knife with extra blades (or similar) and a 1/2”-1” brush for gluing.
About the Instructor:
Elizabeth Gates, juried Guild member, bookbinder, box maker, and paper decorator.  She loves exploring the wealth of ways books are constructed and using her own papers in their execution.
