Do you want to be long and strong? Do you want a head-to-toe workout that fine tunes your body without strain or soreness? 
Let movement expert Deborah Quilter teach you the program she uses herself. This workout is particularly good for keeping your  bones strong and your spine pain-free. You will also improve your balance, agility and posture in an easy, fun way. This class is designed to accommodate physical issues such as osteoporosis or joint problems. Exercises will be modified to your needs.

You do not need prior experience or to be physically fit or flexible to join. Wear comfortable tops and pants with elasticized waistbands and stretchy fabric. Beginner? We love beginners!
