Announcing BODY WERKS, a monthly, non-dance workshop for body maintenance and tuning! Why do we often take better care of our cars and phones than we do our bodies? Even physically active and healthy folk often neglect joint and muscle care. Join and make an investment in the only treasure you actually own: yourself. Let's create a body-conscious community!

I've worked with and studied thousands of bodies and have helped to transform many of them. After many years as a dancer, teacher, and yogi, I have a deep appreciation for the power and importance of our bodies. My wish is to share that body-consciousness with everyone! After all, there are no trade-ins on this vehicle but there are upgrades to be claimed. So claim them before they're gone!

To buy a multi-class pack please select the first available date and choose your class card. Those classes may be used for any listed date. Single classes may be purchased for the specific date you plan to attend. All classes must be used within the six-month series schedule.
