PREREQUISITES
No prior experience with blockchains, cryptocurrencies, or financial technology law is required; the only prerequisite is an interest in the subject matter and a willingness to learn.
CREDIT DESIGNATION
The Florida Bar has certified this course for 9.5 continuing legal education (CLE) credit hours. You must complete all 4 modules to receive the full credits. However, you may take modules separately for limited credits.
RECIPROCITY
States that offer CLE reciprocity include Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Note: some states do not give reciprocity for taking online classes.
