This evening we will honor the Black Men and Women who created, participated, and developed this center for the Wilmington Community.

The BMDC focused on job training, counseling, community assistance and combated juvenile delinquency. There will be a panel of the key players from the BMDC to discuss the process to creating the center, programs held within the center, and the fall of the center. As a community we will also discuss the need for a center like this TODAY and how we can come together to re-establish the Black Mans Development Center.
