Come learn how to recognize Labor, what is happening to your body during Labor and Delivery, and both natural and medical options for comfort. We will practice natural options such as breathing, relaxation, and positioning. We will also talk about what to expect with epidurals and IV medications. Of course, a tour of the new unit is included as well as an overview of your stay at Community Medical Center and the newest practices in baby/family friendly care. Please wear comfortable loose clothing and feel free to bring snacks for yourself and partner.
