Birth Prep Weekend Workshop

This class is designed to support couples who are interested in a natural birth experience and is also a great class for anyone considering a medicated birth.

Jenn D'Jamoos invites you to discover the info you and your partner need to know to prepare for a great birth experience. Over one weekend we will explore:

* What birth looks and feels like
* How to cope with contractions (relaxation, breathing and other techniques)
* Ways your partner can support you
* Hospital interventions (inductions, epidurals, cesarean, etc.) risks, benefits and alternatives
* Your rights in the hospital
* Postpartum recovery
* Class limit: 7 couples.
