This Bibles & Biceps class will be a combination of Caramayan and bible study.
CaraMayan is a way of moving to the Bible for exercise, fitness, worship, and prayer. Based on dance and pilates movements, a class includes patterns of movement and breathing that are set to the scriptures, and help express their meaning. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, CaraMayan offers both standing meditations as well as strengthening floor exercises. Bring an exercise mat, and come prepared to exercise your body, mind, and spirit.

Get to know your trainer Jessica-
Jessica is a native of the South, but has lived in Chicagoland with her family since 2009. She is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others achieve optimal health, fitness, mobility, and functionality - in body, mind, and spirit. She loves combining her faith with fitness, and believes that God wants to be involved in every part of our lives. She knows that wellness is a journey and a process that needs to include rest and self-care, as well as faith and camaraderie with others.
