Better Man Conference 2017

What is the Better Man Conference?  

It’s a one-day conference specifically about engaging men in the conversation of inclusionary leadership for women and minorities.  Participants will gain perspectives on exclusion behaviors, best practices allyship and a roadmap for more balanced dynamics in organizations.

Why Men?

Men are often not comfortable participating in diversity events because they are unsure of their role or concerned of saying something wrong. BMC is a starting place for men without shame or blame to:​

• Understand healthy masculinity traits for inclusive leadership

• Gain language and context to engage in discussions 

• Leverage power and position to elevate women and minorities 

Who should attend?

Our content will focus on the engagement of men and the unique male perspective in inclusion and hierarchy.  However, individuals who do not identify as males are invited to gain perspective on engaging men as allies.
