Bets For Pets Casino Night Fundraiser

The Forgotten Pet Advocates announces its annual Bets for PetsCasino Night Fundraiser. This grand event will be held Saturday, July 31, 2021,at the Knights of Columbus Hall (2320 Hatfield Rd Pearland, TX 77584). The night will offer supporters a howling good time with a Texas Hold ‘Em Poker tournament and gaming tables starting at 6:30 PM. You won’t want to miss the fabulous LIVE and silent auctions and exciting raffles! This is your chance to win purr-fect prizes. On the block will be wine tasting with tour, autographed memorabilia from the Houston Texans, Astros, Stranger Things, Titanic, Batman, custom made fire pit, toolbox full of tools, golf basket, 3 night stay at a Galveston condo and much much more.

The Forgotten Pet Advocates (FPA) (45-4323174) is a 501(c)(3)non-profit all volunteer organization proudly serving the residents and animals of Houston, Pearland and neighboring areas. We are very passionate about improving the lives of animals and nurturing a community where they are valued and treated with kindness and respect, encouraging a stronger bond between people and their pets.

To accomplish our mission, we focus on the great need to reduce the population of homeless pets by spay and neuter and responsible petownership through education and public awareness. We also help to provide spay/neuter services to people unable to afford those services for their own pets. Our main mission is advocating for abandoned pets at local boarding facilities. We medically vet each one, network them and find them loving forever homes. By the facility owners not turning them in,these efforts result in decreased intake at local animal control facilities and shelters, lower euthanasia rates and more adoptions! We have well over 200 adoptions each year.
