Join Krista for weekly Belly Dance classes at Lotus Wellness Center!

Krista is a Belly Dance Teacher and Choreographer with over 12 years of experience with multiple styles of dance. We will cover basic postures, movements, combinations and layering. This class is perfect for the ABSOLUTE BEGINNER as well as dancers who want to improve their technique.  

Don't know what to wear? Anything you would wear for a normal workout is great, and some like to wear long skirts to help get into the dance mood! Barefoot is best, though socks, jazz shoes (no heels!) or dance paws work, too. Don't forget a hip scarf. Although it is not required for class, it will accentuate your movements in a big way. 

Deepen your connection to your body and gain confidence, strength, and flexibility. You will calm your soul, ease your mind, have fun, and burn calories while enjoying this dynamic form of dance that celebrates the Divine Feminine! 

Price: $50 for 4 classes (savings $10) or Drop in Rate to any class: $15 

Classes will be every Sunday from 2:00pm-3:30pm  

Classes will take place on April 9th, 16th, 23rd and the 30th
