In this one-day, hands-on learning experience, participants will acquire the skills needed to provide high-quality BELL summer programming to scholars. Participants will learn how to coordinate people and resources, manage and supervise site staff, cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders, and maintain operational systems to sustain a BELL summer program. Through cooperative and peer-learning, modular workshops, and lecture-based sessions, participants will explore leadership functions of the BELL model.
