Second Bell Music Festival

We're back and want to start by thanking you.

We were blown away from the reception you gave us for year one and we're ready to dance on the banks of the Tennessee River once again.

Since we started our first festival (BLANKFest), our goal has always been to bring you bands that would infultrate your playlists and have you turning on your friends to new music and this year is no different. This year's lineup boasts several bands that you'll be able to look back and say, "Remember when we saw them at Second Bell before they blew up?" And you can do it all for just $30.

Our goal is to create an oasis where you can discover a few new favorite bands (both local and national), food truck, vendor and comedian all in one day, and for an affordable price. The event pairs Knoxville's vibrant scene with its newest riverfront park in one of the area's fastest growing sectors. Don't be late! The festivities start at high noon.

THE STORY:  After co-producing three installments of BLANKFest (which featured a young Moon Taxi, Black Cadillacs, Perpetual Groove, etc.) in Knoxville's Historic Market Square, the Blank Newspaper staff decided it was time to take this party to a body of water. Thus, Second Bell at Suttree Landing Park was born. Much like BLANKFest, Second Bell highlights the strength of our local and regional entertainment communities and we're making it easy for you to discover it all in one beautiful location, all in one day.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Second Bell is an all ages event. ID required for alcohol.
Kids under 8 are free.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Shuttles will be provided from designated areas. We will also provide a safe and guarded space on site for bicyclists. We will also have one Unicycle space.

What can I bring into the event?

The following items will not be allowed in to the festival:

Weapons of any kind, Chairs, Pets, Alcohol, Drones, Fireworks, Illegal Substances, Laser pens or similar focused light device, Tools, Cameras with detachable lens, Glass of any kind
