Beginning Belly Dance is an introduction to the basic isolations, shimmies, and foot patters of belly dance. This class is open to all levels, from the experienced to the first time beginner. Belly dance is a fun way to tone your body, develop your core safely, use muscles that we don t normally use in daily life, and make new friends, all while listening to great music! Sohara has been dancing in the community and performing for years, has studied dance in Turkey, and placed internationally and nationally in dance competitions. She is looking forward to meeting everyone in class!
