The Oath Beer Dinner Series is a monthly beer dinner where we invite some of our favorite breweries and pair 5 of their delicious beers with 5 of our specially crafted dishes. Seating is capped at 30 people and is done family style, usually with 2-3 large tables. Our next dinner is Tuesday February 21st at 7pm featuring 5 beers from Anderson Valley Brewing Company.
For over 25 years, Anderson Valley Brewing Company has been hand-crafting authentic ales and lagers with balance and complexity and a passion for sustainable brewing practices.
Anderson Valley Brewing Company was founded in 1987 in the town of Boonville, CA. At the time, they were one of only 20 craft breweries in the country and have long been considered one of the pioneers of the craft beer industry. Boontling, the self developed language of the valley, has received worldwide interest as a linguistic phenomenon. Dating back to the late 1800's, It is believed that the language either originated with men in logging camps or the women and children working in the hop fields. Needless to say Chef Jonathan was excited to do a menu in Boontling.
