In addition to a four-course dinner, enjoy the first pour of Chauncey, a cherry kettle sour that will be released at the dinner.
Chauncey is a wheat ale inspired by the Belgian Kriek style and named after the body of water where we grew up swimming, fishing and bridge jumping. Bold in flavor, this beer is fermented sour and then blended with Montmorency cherries which provide a delicate flavor and a rich crimson hue.
