Asheville's premier downtown craft beer festival will take place on May 27th on Roger McGuire Green. Beer City Festival brings the best local and regional breweries from Asheville and surrounding areas together for a great day of beer and music. This year's event features over 32+ breweries and local music acts TBA soon. 

All of the 30+ breweries featured in Beer City Festival are members of the Asheville Brewers Alliance (ABA). The ABA focuses on the growth of local and surrounding Asheville breweries through active partnership and support.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes. You must have a valid ID card to enter the festival. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is available in and around Downtown Asheville, NC. We strongly encourage all attendees to arrive early for the best parking options, and please drive responsibly.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Guests are allowed to bring in unopened water bottles or empty refillable bottles for water. No other outside food or beverages will be permitted. You will need to dispose of it prior to entrance. We will have food vendors within the event site. Please DO NOT bring any illegal weapons, substances, or materials to the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not have to do this, but, if it makes you feel better, go for it. We are trying to save some trees!

What is the refund policy?

Beer City Festival is a rain or shine event. In extreme conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email.
