Learn how to make Beer & Brats from scratch at the Party School of Cooking Classes: Get in the Kitchen!

Learn how to Make Beer and Brats from scratch at Get in the Kitchen! Beer & Brats Cooking Party! You get your own $50 Beer Kit with every ticket and we will teach you how to start your beer off. Then you take it home to continue the fermenting process. We will also give you tips on how to bottle and what do do when you get it home!

While the beer settles, we will make brats from scratch! Grind the meat, spice them and stuff them. Then we will beer braise or make bagel dogs out of them. Potato Salad to accompany BYOB for everything else.

Menu: Choice of Beer Kit (Irish Stout, Amerian Pale Ale, Oktoberfest or Hefeweizen) and Sausages made from scratch!
