Players are placed with and play according to skill levels. A $5 equipment fee is due the first day of class. REFUNDS FOR COMMUNITY CLASSES, COMMUNITY AQUATICS, CREST SPORTS and CREST ENRICHMENT - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Requests must be made in writing to program supervisor in person or by fax, mail or email. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one business day after the first class meeting. REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more registration site including online) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.In addition to a driver's license or government issued picture ID, one of the following in the registrant's name (parent/guardian if registrant is a minor) is required to verify residency: rental agreement, mortgage statement, utility bill. For many activities Online registration ends two (2) weeks prior to the first class, however registration for remaining spots are available via fax, mail or drop-off at the various registration offices. Parking passes available for some activities (one parking permit per address) for the duration of the activity season.
