BBQ & Blues Festival

Get ready for a major Clash of the BBQ Titans! We've invited five of the nation’s top BBQ Rib Competitors from all around the country to compete in an epic battle for the top spot as the Lakeridge Winery "Rib Champion".

While you’re feasting on delicious BBQ you can enjoy LIVE music on our outdoor stage with some of the area’s top Blues Bands, plus some great solo acts inside at our Our Wine & Cheese Bar. We'll have a large assortment of Arts & Craft vendors set up offering a wide variety of art and hand crafted items. As always you'll be able to enjoy a free winery tour & tasting, plus your favorite Lakeridge wines, cold beer, ice cream, and a variety of other tasty treats available for purchase.

CHAMPIONSHIP BBQ!

We’re happy to welcome back last years Lakeridge Rib Champion “Carolina Rib King” from Spartanburg, SC as well as other top BBQ competitors from across the country. They’ll not only be serving up delicious BBQ through out the weekend, but they’ll also be competing for the title of “2018 Lakeridge Rib Champion”!

MUSIC ON THE OUTDOOR STAGE TO 8PM!

We’ve extended our entertainment hours to include 3 great bands on Friday and Saturday with the music going to 8PM. We feature some of the area’s top blues bands on our outdoor stage including crowd favorites like the Buddy Blues Band, and the always popular Beautiful Bobby Blackmon & The B3 Blues Band. Our outdoor stage is surrounded by large oak trees with beautiful views of our vineyard and rolling hills.

So bring your lawn chairs and blankets, and enjoy live music and great food among the trees of our beautiful festival grounds.

WINE & CHEESE BAR

Our popular Wine & Cheese Bar is located upstairs in the wine shop and will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the festival with extended hours on Friday and Saturday to 7PM. The Wine & Cheese Bar features all of our famous Lakeridge wines by the glass, a variety of beers, and of course our cheese plates made from high quality Boar’s Head cheese!

ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW

Come explore a wide variety of fine art and hand crafted items on display from some of the areas finest artisans. Our wide open crafter area allows you to explore the unique items on display while still being able to hear the live entertainment, and enjoy the beautiful views of the vineyards and rolling hills.

LARGE FOOD COURT

We offer a large variety of wine, beer, soft drinks and food for purchase at the event. Our food pavilion features a huge selection of quality food options such as American, Greek, Mexican, Seafood, BBQ, plus wraps and salads. You can also enjoy Wine Slushies, Twistee Treat ice cream, and kettle corn.

COMPLIMENTARY WINERY TOURS & TASTING

Winery Tours
Tours usually run every 15-20 minutes during the festivals and start with a video presentation which shows the growing of the Florida grapes to the wine making process, and the finishing with the bottling and labeling. Your personal Tour Guide will then show you the production area and the spectacular view of the vineyards where the grapes are grown and harvested.

Wine Tasting
Enjoy a sample of up to 6-8 different wines as you walk through our production area and stop at each wine station. You will taste our award winning wines from dry to sweet including reds, whites, sparkling, and desert style wines.

ID Requirements for Tastings
US citizens: state issued drivers license, military ID, or state ID card.
International guest: MUST have an original passport. No exceptions.

Thank you for your interest in our festivals and events. We host thousands of visitors at our festivals and events, and our goal is to provide the greatest experience possible for ALL that attend. With that in mind we have developed a few simple rules and policies over the last 30 years that helps us to do just that.
