Developing our palates is an essential practice for evaluating coffees. Cupping Fundamentals introduces the the coffee professional to cupping, a standardized way of assessing coffee. The lab provides an overview of the uses and history of cupping, as well as common terminology and protocol guidelines. Cupping Fundamentals also includes a primer on the human ability to process complex information through sensory perception.
