DESCRIPTION
A management and leadership training designed for coordinator to director level professionals in the out-of-school time field with an aspiration for advanced leadership. Using a multicultural leadership framework, this 3-day Leadership Intensive will strengthen the capacity of participants to effectively lead their staff and organizations by exploring:

REFUND and PAYMENT POLICY
Cancellations made up to 30 days in advance will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made up to two weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance will receive a 25% refund. Payment is expected in full two weeks before the start date of the LIR, unless other arrangements have been made with a CalSAC staff member.
