Collagraph is a most remarkable way to make prints, and one of the most enjoyable, requiring no previous experience!
A collage is made on mat board, using varied textures and materials, then coated with polymer to seal it. It is inked up using both etching ink, and rolling on color for specialized coloring if desired. Any type of image is agreeable with collagraph, either representational or abstract. Come out and experience this wonderful way of making prints!

Collagraph Workshop
The idea: Create a collage on matboard, seal it with polymer, ink it and print it. Learn how to add painterly textures with gesso, and attach colored papers when printing. Paper, Ink, matboard, gesso & polymer and some textures are INCLUDED! A wonderful deal!!! It is SHEER JOY! Come and partake!!
Coffee provided. Bring a lunch. Park in lot F. Print shop is on 4th Floor of Booth Building. Enter Booth, pass Bevier Gallery on left, up short stairs, elevator is on the right down the hall. Exit the elevator on 4th and walk left to the opposite end of building to the print studio.
