Baptiste Power Yoga at Jai Dee in Tampa

This is a 60 minute (Tuesdays) & 75 minute (Saturdays) Baptiste power yoga suitable for all levels. Jai Dee Yoga is located at 5610 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. I hope that you'll come and share your practice with me at Jai Dee.
This  Baptiste  Yoga flow is a perfect place for people to begin their yoga practice or to reconnect with their yoga roots. You will receive personal attention and hands on assists (if desired). This class is perfect for both beginners, through pregnancy and seasoned practitioners seeing a deep knowledge of the poses. We'll move through a series of balancing and strength building poses, back-bends and core work and inversions. Modifications are always available as well as intensifications (if that's in your practice). Uncover your innate strengths, you are ready NOW.
