Bankruptcy - The Note Investor’s Friend
Travis Sasser, a local bankruptcy attorney from the Sasser Law Firm in Cary, will conduct our investigation into the different levels of bankruptcy and how each affects note investing.
Join us as we review the basic attributes of different types of bankruptcy and how the note investor can use the bankruptcy court’s rulings as an asset, not a liability.
No question will go unanswered: If we cannot answer your question, we will tap our network to find someone who can!
When: We will start at 11:30am with networking and lunch. Program starts at 12 noon.
This meeting is open to all TREIA members and non-members, but seating is limited to 50.
