Ballet in the City Saratoga Summer Program Reservation & Placement

Since 2017, Ballet in the City has hosted a summer residency in Saratoga Springs, New York, the summer home of The New York City Ballet. This year Ballet in the City is expanding its fourth annual summer programming to offer even more. Ballet in the City is an organization that presents programming in many places across the nation, and it is thrilled to present two weeks in beautiful Saratoga Springs, for an alternative to a typical summer intensive program.

Classes will be held at the Saratoga City Ballet from July 6-19, 2020, in addition to many additional experiences throughout the city during these two weeks. Dancers may attend the duration of the two weeks or a select time period of their choice (subject to class availability-- registration and placement is first come, first serve).

In order to have a reservation and level placement in any of the classes and educational experiences within this two week summer program, Ballet in the City requires the following:

**Dancers cannot be placed into a level or hold a reservation in any of the programming without all of the above information.

3) Upon receipt of the above information, the dancer will hold a placement in the program and will have a reserved spot into all classes within the two weeks in Saratoga Springs at the level at which he or she is placed. Final schedule and details will be sent to all registered dancers beginning in March 2020, at which time, registered and placed dancers will have the option to confirm all classes and programs in which they wish to participate. Registration will also allow dancers to have first choice for private lessons, and entry into exclusive Ballet in the City Saratoga events such as educational programming at The National Museum of Dance, mentoring sessions for dancers and parents with professional dancers, and the opportunity to perform at The New York City Ballet Gala at the Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center, pointe shoe fittings at Saratoga Dance, and much more.
