Calling all chocolate fans! Instead of going out to buy a chocolate bar or cake, learn to take your chocolate making (and eating) skills to the next level. Students will learn about tempering chocolate in this hands-on class. The menu includes:

  • Chocolate Covered Toffee
  • Chocolate Peppermints
  • Molded Chocolates

Skills Covered: Tempering chocolate, making caramel, and working with candy molds.

 

 


 

About the teacher: Kelly Dull has worked at multiple bakeries and restaurants around the country, including Magnolia Bakery in Chicago and North Bakery in Providence, R.I. She has also taught a variety of pastry classes for Sur La Table in Illinois.

 

 


 

Restrictions: Ages 18 and Older

Refund/cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event.
