DetailsGiven the state of affairs, meeting with others is currently a privilege and needs to be treated as such. We will be maintaining social distancing guidelines and please, please, please do not attend if you have been around people who are sick or if you feel at all sick or unusually fatigued. Also, bring some sort of face covering to use when we are standing around talking.All hikers will honor all State of Michigan COVID guidelines:

• wash your hands often with soap and water or use hand sanitizer;
• avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands;
• cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing;
• avoid handshakes;
• avoid contact with sick people who are sick; and
• stay home when you are sick.
Additionally:
•do not touch anyone
THE PLAN:
All ll romp around the friendly confines of the Waterloo-Pinckney trail starting in Park Lyndon South, which is a Washtenaw County park on the WP trail. This romp will be at a moderate pace (~3mph) over moderately hilly areas for about 12-13 miles. This is largely an out-and-back trail, so if you prefer less miles, the route back is simple.

NOTES:
- Friendly pets on leashes are allowed
- While we are passing by campgrounds, I am not sure if any bathrooms will be open -- but there will be time to go into the woods

THE MEETING SPOT:
Park Lyndon South is on North Territorial Road about 1 miles east of M-52.

WARNING:
There is also a Park Lyndon North -- you will have a lonely (but still beautiful) hike if you park there.

COSTS:
Nothing. There is no charge to park at Park Lyndon.

AFTERWARDS:
NO restaurant
Release of Liability:

QUESTIONS/COMMENTS:
Go ahead, throw them at me, I can take it! But, kindly note that I might not get to your very-last-minute-trying-to-find-the-location questions. So, give yourself a little extra time to zoom past the place, turn around a mile later, and head back -- we have all been there!

See you on the trail,
Ali
