Bella Bacinos in Downtown La Grange Hosts Wine Event Tuesday June 14 Featuring Winemaker James Cahill of Soter’s North Valley Vineyards

Bella Bacinos (36 S. La Grange Rd.; 708-420-9600) in Downtown La Grange continues its series of popular wine events with another special evening on Tuesday, June 14 at 6:30 p.m., featuring James Cahill, winemaker and partner at Soter North Valley Vineyards.

James Cahill has an extensive wine making history, including time as Director of Operations at Beaux Freres, Associate Winemaker and Vineyard manager at Elk Cove, and winemaker at Soter Vineyards and Mineral Springs Ranch. He is a veteran of more than twenty harvests in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

James has been with Soter Vineyards since 2002 and is currently partner and winemaker at Soters’ North Valley Vineyards project. Founder Tony Soter said that James’ “commitment to the study of wine embodies the essence of our winemaking philosophy.”

Reservations are available for $55 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Bella Bacinos will provide complimenting small plates and artisanal cheeses. All wines will be available for purchase at special pricing.
