Designed to help you navigate the postpartum, this is 4.5 hour class is taken prenatally, ideally between 30-35 weeks. We will cover postpartum planning and support; changing identity, roles and relationships; breastfeeding; infant needs, cues and soothing techniques; sleep scenarios; and more!
The cost is $65 per couple; singles are welcome to bring a friend, family member, or support person. If you are taking childbirth classes, you do not need to be finished with them to attend.
And now for the fine print…Because our classes often sell out, we do not offer refunds or transfers for non-medical reasons, so please be sure you can attend the session you register for! If you choose to register for session one after 37 weeks of pregnancy, there are no refunds if your baby arrives beforehand.
