Baby Boot Camp is a 60 minute total body workout for moms at all fitness levels. Every workout incorperates strength training, core and cardio that were designed for a moms body! We are opening our classes for an entire week leading up to our 10 year anniversary to let you come meet our Mom Strong Tribe. You can visit 1 class or all classes during our open house week.

Moms must be at least 6 to 8 weeks postpartum and cleared by your physician to begin group fitness.
What do you need for class?
*a stroller for your little one (any stroller will do)
*comfortable and supportive clothing
*a mat or towel for core workout
*water for you and whatever your little will need for the hour
