Autumn Equinox Soundbath Journey

The lingering summer days have passed and we are transitioning into longer nights here in the Northern Hemisphere. The autumn equinox represents the equilibrium of darkness and light on the planet. This is a potent time to create more balance and tranquility in our lives, both externally and internally.

This in-person offering will include gentle movement, pranayama, and a soundbath meditation. Various musical instruments - including gongs, drums, chimes, and exquisite alchemy crystal singing bowls - will guide you on a sound journey, connecting you with your own soul’s radiance and serenity.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion or anything you need to feel cozy. We will be following social distancing guidelines and folx are encouraged to wear a mask at least until the soundbath begins.
