Autumn Equinox Celebration

SOLD OUT -- The Autumn Equinox signifies the changing of the seasons, a shift into a time of harvest, both literally and figuratively. It is also a moment of perfect balance between day and night, light and darkness, the masculine Sun and the feminine Moon. This has special significance for women during midlife as we go through the natural transitions of menopause. It is a time to honor all that we have accomplished thus far, and to set the stage for everything we want to create in the next chapter of our lives.

Please join me in this special celebration of YOU on the eve of the Autumn Equinox. Meet a group of like-minded women on the journey to creating greater health and abundance in midlife, and enjoy a short yoga/meditation practice to welcome in the new season of harvest. There will be snacks and prizes, too…

Come as you are, with your yoga mat if you have one (no worries if you don’t!). Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
