The Culver City Symphony Orchestra begins its 2019-20 Season with a concert:

at The Robert Frost Auditorium in Culver City, 4401 Elenda St, Culver City, 90230
For this concert we collaborate with Los Angeles Conservancy and their Walking Tours of Culver City, which includes Robert Frost Auditorium, of which the Conservancy writes: "The Robert Frost Memorial Auditorium at Culver City High School is one of the most breathtaking Modern buildings ever designed."

The mid-century architectural icon, Culver City's Robert Frost Auditorium, has under gone major construction visually and acoustically, and is transformed by the celebrated architecture firm of Hodgetts + Fung.

All attendees must have tickets from the box office.
Members of SoCal Symphony Society
receive two free tickets.
Tickets and Society Membership can be purchased on the orchestra website, and at Robert Frost Auditorium, one hour before the concert.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS / IMPORTANT
When attending events at The Robert Frost Auditorium, please park only in
the designated FREE parking lots that surround the facility.
· Corner of Elenda and Farragut - South of the Robert Frost Auditorium.
Between the Culver City Middle School and Farragut Elementary
· Huron - From Elenda, head west on Braddock. Entrance
is on the south of Braddock.
· Harter - From Elenda, head west on Braddock. Pass Huron and go south
on Harter. Parking is on your left.
· Overflow parking is located at Culver Blvd. and Elenda St.
Please respect the residents and do not park in the neighborhood.
Robert Frost Auditorium is just a couple blocks south/west
of Veterans Memorial Complex.

Membership to the SoCal Symphony Society, Inc. is welcome. SoCal Symphony Society, Inc., presents The Culver City Symphony Orchestra, The Marina del Rey Symphony, and produces the Parness Concerto Competition.
The Culver City Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1963, and has been in Culver City since 2000. It has performed in many regional venues in the communities of Westchester, Venice, Los Angeles, San Gabriel, and Culver City. In addition to presenting the standard orchestra repertoire and concert dramatizations of operas, the orchestra has presented unique concerts devoted to Black American, Hispanic, and Women composers. It is the parent orchestra of the Marina del Rey Summer Symphony which performs at Burton Chace Park. The orchestra has performed at The Los Angeles Street Festival, on live-radio music broadcasts from the Los Angeles County Museum of Natural History.
Frank Fetta, Conductor and Music Director, is well known for his conducting of orchestral music, ballet, and opera in Southern California as well as throughout the country including engagements with the San Diego Symphony, the Redlands Bowl Music Festival- music director, The San Bernardino Symphony-music director, the Fresno Philharmonic, the Torrance Symphony, the Nevada Opera Theater, and the Marina del Rey Symphony.
