Hotel & Transportation Information
**Please note: If you plan on arriving a day early and staying overnight, it is strongly recommended you book your hotel room ASAP. Hotel vacancies in Center City fill up early during the summer months.**
Parking: The two most convenient parking areas are the Liacouras Center Visitors Parking (15th between Montgomery & Cecil B. Moore Avenue) and Visitors Parking (Montgomery Ave between 12th and 13th Street).
Taxi/Lyft/Uber: While hotels in Center City are only a few miles away from Temple University’s Alter Hall, it is recommended you allow at least 30 minutes for travel due to traffic conditions.
Subway (SEPTA): Temple University’s Alter Hall is a few minutes’ walk from the Cecil B. Moore Station on the Broad Street Line. Upon exiting the train, go up the set of stairs to your left. Walk one block to W Montgomery Ave. and turn right. Go straight for half a block and Alter Hall will be on your left, on Liacouras Walk.
