Us is a culinary-lifestyle brand born in Sicily and based both in NY and Sicily whose mission is to preserve and share culinary traditions and lifestyles through recipes handed down from generations.
We pursue this mission with visionary chefs like Bartolomeo Arrabito. Bart (to his friends) was first taught how to cook by his Nonna Tina. He was then honored to study at one of the most prestigious cooking schools in the world with Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi. Even though he has worked with some of the most important Italian chefs, Nonna Tina's recipes are still his favorite.

A Tasting session of one of the most appreciated Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive oil served with toasted Sourdough bread and the selection of our imported Sicilian Antipasti.
PRIMO - MAIN COURSE
‘I Lolli co Maccu’ di Fave alla Modicana, pomodori secchi e fave fritte.
Traditional hand-made pasta from Modica (Sicily) served with fava beans puree, sundried tomatoes julienne, and fried fava beans crumbs.
SECONDO - MAIN COURSE
‘Pisci Spada a Palermitana’, Sarmoriglio al Finocchietto e Limone, Zucchine Fritte in Agrodolce.
Palermo Style Breaded Swordfish served with Wild Fennel-Lemon dressing, Fried Zucchini seasoned with a ‘Sweet and Sour’ Sauce.
‘U Biancomangiare’ di Mennula e salsa di Cioccolato Modicano alla Cannella.
Almond Biancomangiare (a kind of vegan Pannacotta made with Almond Milk) served with Cinnamon, bean to bar Modica Chocolate Sauce and Roasted Almond Crumbs.
