AUGUST Scent + Sound Bath w/ Sara Auster & Alex Falk

Join Sara Auster and Alex Falk for a deeply immersive experience of sound at The William Vale Hotel on MONDAY, August 20th.  

Come lay down, relax, and bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body.  A Saje Wellness custom scent blend for the season will be diffused throughout the space.

Please note - doors will open at 6:45pm and we will begin promptly at 7:20pm

Participants are invited to bring a pillow or small blanket or scarf (towels will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own mat).

This event will fill up quickly. Please reserve your space in advance.
