ATTUNE: Finding Harmony with Yogic-Sleep & Sound Meditation

Our evening together will offer an opportunity to explore the restorative, healing and empowering practice of The Resting Zone Method. The Resting Zone Method is a unique and dynamic form of guided meditation that combines the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation) with resiliency training, neuropsychology and sound therapy.

Through a series of meditative stages, we will explore your intentions and desires and the inner wisdom of each energy center of your body (chakras). Each stage of your meditative journey will reveal a new experiential landscape that is designed to offer deep restoration, self-renewal and self-empowerment.

A 20 to 30 minute SOUND BATH will be part of your Attune experience. The frequencies and harmonics of singing bowls and gongs will assist in bringing clearing, balancing and harmonization to your body, mind and spirit. Most of this event will be experienced as you lie down comfortably, so please wear comfortably clothing and bring a yoga mat and/or blanket to lie down on as well as a blanket to cover your body. A pillow, an eye covering and a water bottle are additional items to support your comfort.

This workshop will help you to:
- re-cover from stress and overwhelm
- re-store your vitality, well-being
- re-focus your intentions, goals and desires
- re-connect to your strength and resiliency

Ticket: $30
