Attention all ladies!! "NOT ME" Assault Prevention Training

Please join us for our "NOT ME" event on August 21st from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, ladies 12yrs old and up are welcome!!

The "NOT ME!" training is a unique, life-changing program developed by U.S. Navy SEAL, Al Horner. It delivers a new level of impactful personal safety awareness, designed to empower people. This is not a martial arts class. It is presentation based with a short, mildly physical segment. While content is skewed towards females, all genders are welcome. Participants must be 15 years of age or older. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
