Join "Chill" Will Barnes on this overnight intensive retreat, sunset to sunrise, to practice awareness by way of yoga, meditation, walking, silence, fasting and contemplation in the open streets of Atlanta. Our overnight fast will break at sunrise by food donations.
ATL Street Retreat begins in Midtown and ends in Buckhead. Only bring a yoga mat, blanket and/ cushion. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and yoga. Please begin the fast after lunch and/or limit food and drink until sunset. Either Uber/Lyft or use public transportation to arrive and depart for retreat. Location TBD.
